ABSTRACT:
Astoria Central is a new developed by Treeline and Mega Contracting Group. It is a 142,000 SF, 7 story mixed use building, completed in 2016. Building is centrally located in Astoria (as per the name) next to the elevated subway. On the ground foor building house 20,000SF of retail space with 15 feet clear celling heights, 3,500 SF of community facility spanning between the 1st and the 2nd foor. Building offers 112 parking spaces in sub-cellar, and 114 market rate residential units from the 2nd to the 7th foor. Residential units are a mix of studios, one, two and three bedrooms. Some of the units on the 2nd and the 7th foor have it’s own outdoor space. All units have state-of-the-art appliances and kitchens, clean lines, and contemporary fnishes. The building amenities including a doorman, fully equipped fitness center, yoga room, lounge, rooftop terrace with unobstructed views of the Manhattan skyline; the 2nd foor terrace with outdoor kitchen and dining, bicycle parking and storage, as well as laundry room. Washer and dryers are included in one, two and three bedroom.
